Here are the details:

1. You get a two outfit modeling session taken before June 30, 2010.  Bring fun, funky, and fashionable outfits.  You will also get a free make up session at a local salon before your model session.
   
2. Your required minimum 1 hour (Basic) Senior Session is available at 50% off.  You may also upgrade to any session at 50% off.  It must be used before August 30, 2010 to receive your discount and your final portrait order must be placed by October 1, 2010.  The day of your model shoot you will pay for your senior session that you will have done before August 30, 2010.

3. You will receive 10 custom designed $100 gift cards with your name and image to pass out to your friends.  Participants in the Senior Model Program will not be able to use other models gift cards.
   
4. Your images may appear on our Blogsite, Facebook, and in our future marketing campaigns.
5. You will receive three images to display on your Facebook or MySpace page.

Senior Model Incentives:
For every $100 gift card redeemed from your friends, you will receive $50 off your final portrait order.  Valid one gift card per senior.  If all 10 of your gift cards are redeemed you can receive $500 off of your senior portrait order.

Requirements:

1. full-time student in Class of 2011
2. have your senior portraits exclusively taken at Mr. Foto before August 30, 2010 and place your final portrait order by October 1, 2010

I understand that by participating in the Mr. Foto Senior Model Program that my images may or may not be used in advertising.  I agree to have my senior portraits exclusively taken by Mr. Foto before August 30, 2010, and I will have my final order placed by October 1, 2010.

As a Mr. Foto Senior Model, I will refer future Mr. Foto clients and will make positive remarks about my experience to my peers about Mr. Foto.

As a Mr. Foto Senior Model, I understand that I am promoting my school, myself, and a positive image of Mr. Foto.  Any violation of this agreement will cancel all commissions I may be entitled to from my referrals.
